Refund Policy

At Key Solutions, we stand behind the products we sell.

However, there are times that some of our manufactures may have a defective item that we are unaware.

We offer a 30 day money back policy on the price of the product. This does not include a refund for the time that one our technicians has completed the job.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that situations can change at no fault to anyone.

Therefore, we do offer a free cancellation if our technician has not yet arrived at your location.

However, if the technician has arrived, we do request a $20 cancellation fee. This is just to cover fuel and a small percentage of the technicians fee.

This is just a request, not mandatory.
